Appellate court Web Sites

Appellate court web sites contain a variety of useful information such as opinions, argument schedules, order lists, as well as information about the appellate court justices and procedure.

Set forth below is a list of links to all state and federal appellate court web sites in the United States, as well as links to appellate courts in US possessions and tribal appellate courts. The list uses the abbreviations "COLR" for Court of Last Resort, and "IAC" for Intermediate Appellate Court. If the court system uses one web site for both types of appellate courts, a combined link is provided. If the court system does not have an intermediate appellate court, that link is omitted.
